The aim of the venture was to raise awareness of this magnificent place and hopefully achieve better regulation to protect our natural ond original aboriginal cultural heritage.
70 artists and more in supporters…. cooks, drivers etc…. visited the area and created artworks in response to the inspirational environment over Easter 2015. I did a couple of paintings and took hundreds of photos to use in future Tarkine inspired artworks.
Photography was the primary medium at the event with internationally recognised photographers capturing amazing images. The first display of work will be in Sydney where 30 photographers will exhibit.
